Doors

LOL not sarcastic at all.

Why pay $1K plus to someone else when you can easily do this yourself with some elbow grease and trips to Home Depot?

Not to mention the pride and memories you will have forever...
 
My nephew made his own for an older home he's been fixing up. He's not a carpenter (he's a grease monkey so probably pretty strong).

He said the hardest part was picking the stain. He stained a few samples before deciding which to go with.

I've seen some with the empty core doors so that it's lighter (easier to move) and safer.
