I'm a civil/environmental engineer working in Irvine. I've got a temporary or part-time need (maybe 3-4 weeks of work) for some assistance in developing specifications for Division 13 (Special Construction) work for a public works project in Southern California. The rest of the specs are already written, I've just got to integrate an unusual requirement (that I am designing) into the original specifications set.
