Did Irvine prices get "destroyed"?

I think you should still default, rent the place out, and skim the income. That would be mastery of the system.
 
I agree with you Indie. If my house is one of the cookie cutter homes I would have no emotional attachment to it and drag on the default and skim the rents until the bank decides on evicting the tenant in a few years. My purchase in Lambert Ranch will be just that.
