D.C. area blog!!

Hi all,

As much as I love IHB, I've finally found my own area's housing blog:

<a href="http://novabubblefallout.blogspot.com/">Northern Virginia Housing Bubble Fallout Blog</a>

People looking in the D.C. area should check it out. It's a more free form discussion, and we still have bulls. But the blog owner posts some interesting area-specific stats too.

It's not as fun as IHB, less schadenfreude (spell?) but more directly relevant for us out in Washington D.C.

Cheers! It's been fun and educational. (I'll still be reading, but more lurking probably)

I would love this blog. I am a great fan of Alexandria and its historic neighborhood. It is inspiring to see good architecture there. Goergetown is another of my favorites. Thank you for the post. Renton is very similar to Irvine formula in both retails and housing and I like Renton more because of the vegetations.

Cara,

be sure to give a shout out to the IHB there ! Throw up a link so they can see how we do it out here.....and if there isn't enough schadenfreude, INSERT schadenfreude ! That should piss off the bulls.
