Smaller than expected, with one k-food operator taking up the entire left side.

ordered food from luxweet - acceptable quality.

I think they scrambled to put this in as T&T is coming. But planned T&T location is not that big.

There's an unopened stall (“coconut jelly king”) in the back, not sure what's going on with it. You could go ask. Right now ranch 99 has good foot traffic but dunno how T&T will impact them.

Mess Hall at Flight in Tustin has open stalls but I wouldn't try there unless if they gave you really low rent. It's quite gimp compared to say Enclave in Torrance.
