Quite interesting. Accurately priced homes are selling in a week in pretty much every price range. The listings with the over hopeful buyers are getting heavy price reductions to get in line.
With some of the rollbacks going on with store openings that just happened we will see if there?s a negative impact from increased fear. My appointment book says not likely.

New home sales are doing well, especially in the sub $1m market in Irvine (CalPac). Even the $1m+ new home sales have picked up as rates have continued to come down and this is in line with the increase in the national new home sales figures that were released recently. I'm also seeing constant traffic on my listings but buyers can be picky as they should be.
