Interest rates on some subprime and 'option ARM' loans will temporarily go as low as 2.5%.

Damn it, what about the rest of us who didn't go along with the insanity and were/are responsible?

Sometimes it just doesn't pay to be honest.

P.S. Anonymous, it's really not that difficult to properly link something. Just click on the above the message space and follow the directions on the pop-ups.

I think the problem is that under fast reply (which I usually pick) there is no thing to add links.

Usually when I want to add a link, I go "oh crap," and have to copy what I have already typed and then click post reply (instead of quick reply) and then paste that, and then do the link thingy

Actually, the P.S. was for Anonymous, who can't seem to figure it out but posts a ton of unlinked things and it gets old after a while.

I understand you were talking to him. But I was just saying maybe that he never sees the symbol because he does fast reply and just does copy and paste :) if you choose fast reply instead of post reply, that option never comes up.

You can also do [ u r l ] link [ u r l / ] remove the blank space between u r l.

All anonymous has to do is click "POST REPLY" instead of "FAST REPLY". Then click on the , then cntl V (or paste) the link... THEN just name it what ever you want....you could simply name it LINK HERE....then submit. It will then come up as a clickable link. It's just as easy as FAST REPLY.

I think all of the bailouts will prolong the agony of the market reaching a point of self correction.

If the prices fall low enough eventually some people will see them as a value and buy them either with loans or people with cash can snap them up.

It may sound cruel but that is the way a free market should work. It hasn't been a free market for a while and is going the other way.

P.S.

Do exactly as the Trooper says or she will open a can of whoop-a## on you! LOL

Hi Trooper

Enjoy

This is how I feel...

It's not based on any complicated algorithms or advanced economic studies...

It's all about the Band-Aid.

When you need to remove a Band-Aid, there are two ways to go about it....

Slow and agonizing.

or

Painful but quick.

RIP OFF THE BAND-AID!

The sooner we do, the sooner we can get back to business.
