How much does a 48" olive tree box cost? I like the one that has semi-thick trunks.

You will need to work through your landscape contractor to get the price. Prices from the growers are different for them (wholesale) vs. if you were to buy it (retail). Go to Instant Jungle at the end of El Toro to see what they have, the sales people are very helpful.
What is important is to take pictures of the space you are planning on having the tree planted. Not all trees work for all applications. Some trees are going to be in a corner, and only need to have a canopy on 270 degrees around. Others are backing up to a wall and only require 180 degrees of canopy. Some are going to be placed next to a structure and cannot have branches protruding several feet away. While all these trees can be turned to provide the best fascia to the POV of someone looking at the yard, some have better sides than others. The goal is to find the best one that fits your need.
BTW, even the fruitless ones still produce olives. You have to spray these every year to keep them from producing fruit. If you are going through that sort of effort, why not get a field grown olive tree - these look more natural than one that has a trunk like a broomstick.
I have four 48" box olives... and I got the field grown type with the gnarled trunk... looks less artificial (e.g. the farm grown kind with the stick straight trunk) or the small ones with the variegated trunks that look like shrubs.
