She did not strike me as the kind of person attempting to further her career by prosecuting a questionable case (like Duke Univ sexual assault).

She wasn't. She didn't. She may have made mistakes, but we all do.
She didn't give in to political pressure. She didn't make the hub do stuff that he thought was wrong, nor anyone else there. I repeat, she was honest. I would have known if she weren't. I knew maybe 10 of the assistant state's attys in the Miami-Dade ofc, and they were all notably honest good people, who would have quit if forced to do something wrong.
I am sorry that you don't want to hear that there is a public servant somewhere who is honest, but it is true.
Oops the severe storm/tornado warning radio just went off. Must check with the hub to see if he wants to roll down the upstairs hurricane shutters. Usually it's nothing.
