Condo Conversions?

Does anyone here have a list of Condos that were built to sell but turned into rentals? I was looking at a few places off of Jamboreee to buy but they turned into rentals and I'm wondering what happened to the people who already bought these Condos that are now rental complexes?

They were provided with a condo of equal or greater value within a 30 mile radius.
