Coffee Tomo is opening up next to Tea Station on Culver where It's A Grind used to be.  I saw a sign a couple of months ago saying it was going to be another Coffee Bar Byul, but just saw it changed to Coffee Tomo yesterday.  They have a store in LA on Sawtelle, and have awesome pretzels.

Coffee Tomo is officially open. Just went there this morning and got a cold brew iced coffee and the sweet potato cheesy pretzel. The owner is nice and it's great to see another gourmet specialty coffee house in Irvine.

I say you should try the pretzel, it's freshly made and I liked it but my friend thought the sweet potato filling was too sweet.
