Cell phone signal @ Maricopa in Stonegate

How is the cell phone signal strength @ Maricopa?
My 2 yr contract is ending soon, so I can change to any provider.
Looking at CNET review coverage map, Verizon seems to have strongest signal.
 
Cell signal for AT&T is decent for now...but as more people move in, more Satellites go up, the worse the signal will get
