Read the posts on the blog. Wondering where I can see the case-shiller index for california or more specifically LA or OC?

In my opinion, the biggest downside to the info is that it is a snapshot of what the market is like 2 months ago and not currently.
IPO's chart was much more current, but obviously based on a much smaller data pool.
