This sounds fun. I'm probably the only Irvinite who hasn't been to Shady Canyon. I might go just for that reason alone.

You are gonna pay $35 to take you behind the gates when I'll do it for a P&J sandwich? haha

Thanks for the offer but I couldn't let you go to that kind of trouble just for a sandwich. It wouldn't be right. How about a sandwich and a Coke? :)

Even better, I can give you the guided tour of the homes going up for foreclosure.

I just finished a private after hour tour today by the owners/builders . Both Mike Reeves and Greg Hawkins were excellent hosts. The house is amazing and the interior decor is top notch. It is by far one of the best executed house in Shady Canyon.

The theatre is one of the best I have seen. Understated and elegant. I was fortunate enough to have a demonstrating by the acoustical/theatre designer himself. He is one of 5 best in the country.

The sound was so good when I closed my eyes the acoustical experience was comparable to Josh Groban sounded live in a concert hall.

The interiors are uniquely LA inspired. Hollywood contemporary chic adaptation for a historical home. The interior architecture is absolutely Architectural Digest quality and not an OC model home decorator production.

My congratulation to Finton Construction for their well executed spec custom home.

I would not hesitate to recommend Finton to IHBers interested in building a custom home.

BK. Why am I suddenly reminded of the time I saw Top Chef's Padma Lakshmi in a Carls Jr commercial munching passionately on a Six Dollar Burger?

You serious, Trojan? You really could do that? It sounds very cool but I would hate to put you to the trouble. Wait... what would this tour cost me... a bag of Doritos too? :)

This $6 burger house is very understated and not by any mean like the hotel burger. The interior designers kept the design clean and simple. I know a compliment from me is rare but these guys did a good job. I am just being fair and non bias for this design truly deserving a merit. Yes, this house is in Irvine.

No photography allowed. Interior designers hate to have their design knock off by the typical copycats. This home will be in the market after the tours and would command a higher price if the design remain as one of a kind and not cookie cutter through out Shady Canyon.

Yeah, I mean I live a stone's throw away from Shady Canyon so we can just hope in a car together and I show them my SupraKey and business card...and BAM, we are in1

Ok, Anon, get your a** over to the other place or we're all going to start guessing that you are one of the strangely familiar strangers over there.
