Is this the place on Alton and Fairview?  I remember driving past once and seeing a sign saying Canopy, not sure if it was this place.  If it is, these are near those big houses on Bear st right, next to the train tracks?

Drove by this morning to see if it is Canopy Lane and it is.  It's on Alton and Fairview.  That area seemed a little sketchy  :o

It's right down the street from there.  You can see them building right now if you drive by.  I'll try to snap some pics when I drive by again later  :D

"South Coast Metro" is the more marketable way of saying Santa Ana.  LOL
It's not only the motorcourts Lyon is picking up tips about.

They should say it's located in the South Coast Metro Unified School District too.

I can't believe they are trying to push this kind of product outside of Irvine.  Don't they know motorcourts only work in Irvine? They better have really low pricing or those homes will take a long, long time to sell.

The Santa Ana resale comps are going to destroy this development if they try TIC prices. $300,000 should be their baseline.

But you and I both know they'll start around $600k.  It'll be fun watching this project crash and burn.  Whoever came up with the bright idea that they can actually sell motorcourt homes outside of Irvine needs to be fired.

Not sure where you are getting your information from.  Hopefully not some random idiot on the internet who thinks you can't hear the 405 from Quail Hill (seriously how difficult is something like that to verify).  An appraiser told me they are in the 500's.

You know, I actually like Santa Ana. I do the Art Walk occasionally on Santa Ana Blvd, I love going to Memphis for the fried chicken, but Santa Ana isn't a city that can sell $500,000 motorcourt, planned living space, developments. This project has failure written all over it. Didn't the developer learn their lesson from what Van Daele homes tried to do in Costa Mesa? They couldn't sell half of their Phase 1 in almost 12 months.
