Long story, but she kept telling us that we couldn't do something when we knew we could.

So, we called her office manager and asked to have another realtor from their office represent us for the remainder of the escrow period. The office manager didn't understand why the realtor was being so difficult with us since it was an easy fix.

We didn't care if the original realtor got the commission. In fact, we assumed she would.

We just didn't want to deal with her any more.
