Short Answer: If a realtor's married total taxable income is under $315,000/yr and the realtor sets up an LLC (not an S-Corp), then yes, the realtor gets 20% off the top.

Very interesting read.  Looks like the LLC might be a loophole that the IRS may come back to shut down.
