Can anyone recommend a good lawyer for one of my buyers?

I'm in escrow with one of my buyers (their first home purchase) and I'm wondering if anyone could recommend a good lawyer to review their escrow instruction and loan documents? Someone that is good and easy on the pocketbook would be nice (they can be out of OC or LA). Thanks in advance!
