Campout speculation

Ok, so the CA politicians are stuck all together until they can make a decision. Got me thinking, this sounds just like a B-movie where a dysfunctional group is stuck with one another (ex. like Meet the Parents or National Lampoon's Family Vacation or someting). Heck, they already got one movie star in there (Arnie). So ... if we were to send in a movie icon to straighten out this dysfunctional budget comedy, who should we send? Clark Griswold? Frank Ginsberg of Little Miss Sunshine? Post your suggestions below, and the movie plot re: what happens next...
