How quickly is California Pacific releasing phases? or Specifically when will the next phase i believe 8 of tristania be released?

Hmmm. Have you called the sales office? They should be able to give you more accurate information than anyone on the forum.

I visited Tristania last weekend and they have ONE home available through 6 phases and plan to release and build out 10 (of 18) phases by the end 2017.  All other units are sold, as of now.  Trellis Court is also selling like hot cakes...

There's a Cypress Village East Master Thread that may be of use to you, found here:

Anyone else waiting on releases for California Pacific homes??? Tristania phase release keeps getting pushed back and I hear Indigo has no idea when they will release their next phase either. Not sure if this is just limited to some of the communities or all of the ones that California Pacific is building. Back in April the sales office at Tristania mentioned there was just some paperwork issues with the City which was causing the delay and now they are saying they don't know what the hold up is and can't even give any type of updates. Anyone know any info or possible theories on why these releases are just on hold for over 2 months now?

A lot of time it's labor/subcontractor shortage.

Thanks for the input Inc. Yeah that does make sense, but if this were the case why won't they just tell the truth and explain what the hold up is instead of pretending they don't know what is going on...not sure why it would benefit them to keep this stuff a secret?

Sometime the upper management did not inform the bottom end staff with all the details.

And the issue is not limited to CalPac, other builder experience the same issues too.  Some builder will continue to release new phases but drag out the construction time to 8 month or more and with multiple postponement of the estimated closing date.
