The number could not have been for B of A because I called them today to check and see if the details of the refinance program for customers that have lender paid PMI had been released yet. I spoke to live human beings. We get crap in the mail all time trying to look official that proclaims to reduce our principal.

Talk about kicking the can.............a balloon payment of $198K? The whole thing is so convoluted, I just can't quite figure out who it is benefiting but I'd be willing to bet it's BofA, if it's actually true.
