Went to Cafe Rio Mexican Grill at Tustin for the first time yesterday. I just love the atmosphere of this place - very Tustin. The menu is great and honest.

It's a Mormon chain from Utah.  You should go for Taco Tuesday...  Much cheaper.

Wow. They certainly fooled me with all the painted chairs and everything. I've got to go again.

My favorite is that mint limeade.  Probably full of sugar but tastes like a virgin mojito.  Very good.

Caf? Rio Mexican Grill: Caf? Rio is bringing its made-from-scratch Mexican food to the Westpark Plaza Shopping Center in Irvine Dec. 30.

....what does that exactly mean?  What is 'very Lake Forest' or 'very Irvine'?  Just curious.
