Anyone have an opinion on cable companies? I can't stand them but in most rentals you won't be able to get a satellite dish attached if it isn't already. The price between cable and directv is unreal. Maybe I won't even have a choice of cable companies? I'll probably end up in NB or West Irvine. Thanks.

As I recall, there is a Federal law (or FCC reg) that allows installation of a dish on any property.
