Bolsa Pacific - New Housing in Westminster Mall

Looks like the city is looking to add housing to the Westminster Mall, similar to what Huntington Beach is doing with Bella Terra. What are your thoughts on this new development? I guess the good thing is that it will help revitalize the mall that looks pretty dead and add more housing for those looking to purchase.

I'm all for more housing, especially these urban village types that put housing/dining/shopping/entertainment together.

The question is how affordable is it?
