Every time I drive past Nellie Gail on the 5, I can help but look up at Emile's house and feel sorry for Lennar and all the financial problems they are going through. Hopefully the Irvine company allows them to renege on their commitments... I mean, as slow as new homes in Irvine are selling and with the excess of inventory there...
