Graphcakes,

14 Bentley is scheduled for auction tomorrow, 1 Glen Eagles and 20 Centaurus are scheduled for auction on Thursday, and 11 Pine Valley and 9 Creek view are scheduled for auction on Friday.

:cheese:

14 Bentley was scheduled for today yesterday 6/10. It went back to the bank for $1.1mil. Funny, I have heard around here that Asians don't get foreclosed on. Maybe he is not really Asian, and I'm just being racist like BK by looking at the last name.

23672 VIA ORTEGA went back to the bank today for $1,021,021.52 and it had an NTS of $976,528.55. What is amazing is they bought it for $395k in 99. Now that is some serious housing ATM action.

Coto Housing Blog was just out today taking photos of 23672 Via Ortega for a featured home that will post on Monday.

Pics of Jeana's home are finally up... some highlights:

What a home theater looks like in a $5.5 million home:

You can mock realtors all you want for Photoshopping skylines, but for a $5.5mil home, you should definitely photoshop the grass to be green...

Is the dog included? (honestly, I give her credit for having a good sense of humor in this photo... I kinda liked it)

My personal favorite... maybe an interior decorator on here can explain this one to me...

Do you have the listiing address or MLS number?

12 Shire

Don't get me wrong when I poke fun at it... Shire is a great street, and the house is probably pretty darned nice, and the lot looks nice. My sarcasm is with the $5.5mil price. A nice home backing up to a major street is just a no-no and I'm not sure why Coto couldn't have planned that street out better for those 3 homes on shire which back up to it.

The home is probably worth around $3M. Looks like she'll be chasing the market down.

or maybe she'll take the advice that she gave her client and take it off the market and put it back on when the market "rebounds".....you know that V Shape curve that is coming in 2010?

edit: holy crap...i just saw the redfin page...Did they really buy the place for 200k in 1990?! or did they but it somewhere in between? seems like the taxable value is too high to go with the 1990 purchase.

That was probably the cost of the land.

Yup, most of the Shire homes were built around 2000.

Sometime within the last two weeks, there was a real price drop of $24,000 to $1,025,000.

And now, another drop of $25,100 to $999,900 which takes it under $300 per sq ft.

Did I mention that this property is also for lease at $4,600 per month?

26 Sawgrass
Maybe relist it?

26 Sawgrass

Off Redfin after at least 28 price changes and 8 relistings. Will it come back again soon? Or did they get it leased?

OMG. It is scary how some of them just keep coming back.
A Notice of Default recorded on July 1, 2009 for 26 Sawgrass.

Looks like another Countrywide Option ARM strikes again. 1.37% teaser rate, refi'd in July 2005.
