Hey, we should organize a IHB Garage Sale....

Any chance that we might make this happen? We could all gather our junk and do a big garage sale, then donate the proceeds to charity or something.

You would be surprised by how much all that junk in your garage is worth to those on ebay. I decided to sell off all that was not being utilized around me (such as an old Tungsten PDA, old laptop with a dead batteries, a tv that I won at a contest but never opened, used sports (golf) gear, etc etc etc. Working diligently for about a month, I cleared out all but 1 of my storage boxes and gained a good $3k in cash. Never felt so good to get rid of so many things.
