Best Milk Tea in Irvine?

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
Orobae is back! Well soft of--same owner, but new name: Desouro. They moved next to Kitakata Ramen. They are still in a soft opening with limited days and hours. The menu looks similar.
The line was too long yesterday afternoon so I'll try again another day/time

How is this possible? Same owner was shut down because of location/equipment condition and employee issues? Heritage Plaza let them reopen with a different name?

According to Reddit comments, Orobae had two owners. One was shady, and the partners split up. Not sure if the Desouro owner is the good or bad one.

Regardless of ownership, the place seems to be quite popular with the young folks. Was in the plaza a few days ago for dinner and the line for Desouro went all the way to the entrance for Ralphs. I noticed that the people towards the back of the line were only up towards the middle when we were leaving, approximately 45 minutes or so. Guess I'm old, because I can't imagine waiting well over an hour in line for milk tea... Will try it someday when there's no line :)
