no fires in many places.

you should pick one of the state parks. hurkey creek, by idlywild, and cuyamaca, buy julian are my two faves that have developed campsites with fires/toilets/showers/etc
 
I actually wouldnt mind doing some fishing too. I was looking at Cleveland National Forest on google map and noticed there's a large lake nearby called Henshaw. Has anybody been camping and fishing in this area?
