That’s a sweet yard Bk!
Spacious and roomy, I really like the hardscape.
The hammock is a nice touch as well.

If I send out invite to a limited specific number of people including you then by the process of elimination we can pin point your identity?

OMG! Stop it with the name calling. What has gotten into you? I think your hatred for avocados is grounds for teh ban. :gulp:
I, too, used to detest avocados. Something happened to me as I got older and my tastes changed. Now I can't get enough of them. I LOVE my avocado, cheese, cucumber and tomato sandwiches on wheat. Sooo yummy!!!

Sure why not.
If I like the area, we might even be neighbors.
Is the house next door for sale?
We’d make a great team.

bkshopr said:The front portion of the garage houses 2 cars then the back of the garage that houses the 3rd and 4th in tandem position right behind the first 2 cars is shown in the picture way to the right in a reseeding scale and massing. The first window is the side of the first 2 cars. You can see a second window along the sloping roof line. The plate is very low toward the back of the garage about 5'. The scale is cottage like. The tandem portion is separated by an interior wall currently so it is now a home office with a barn door or a guest casita someday.

You’ve got the room.
Why don’t you go with a pool?
Then we can throw a real party.
Just like the pool at the Palms

The pool filter would get clogged with leaves and fallen avocados.

You're right that avocado tree is overrated.
A sweet pool would be much better.
Something like this in Bk’s backyard would be ill

I got a decent place in Vegas with a pool and spa. Bring over some cuties in bikinis and you are invited.tenmagnet said:High Gravity said:tenmagnet said:bkshopr said:The front portion of the garage houses 2 cars then the back of the garage that houses the 3rd and 4th in tandem position right behind the first 2 cars is shown in the picture way to the right in a reseeding scale and massing. bkshopr said:I can't swim. I was almost drown when I was 8. I was playing in a uphill circular tunnel above ground. It was about 4-1/2' diameter and about 600 foot long. Not knowing it was a storm drain culvert that collected water from a 5,000 acre hillside I went up 1/2 way while it was dried but a tropical rain dump way too much water and I nearly died in the retention lake after I was washed out. The area I learned later was named "Haunted Soul Lake" by the locals. I have stayed away from water ever since.
tenmagnet said:Sorry to hear that.
Glad everything worked out and you managed to escape the storm drain alive.
Of course, the pool is out.
I’ll try and come up with some other ideas for your backyard.
