Regular open houses are not allowed due to social distancing rules (per OSHA requirements). A few agents have done virtual open houses via Zoom, but all physical showings are by appt only and typically only 2 buyers with a buyer agent are allowed in a home at any one time. Plus all every person entering the home needs to sign CAR form related to the virus prior to being allowed to enter the home.

The tenants have to agree to allow showings. For social distancing, the occupants of the home typically leave or go to the back/front yard.
