Did anyone get any appraisal done on any property they put a "low-ball" offer on?
Turns out that one of my low offers is on the verge of approval, and I got an appraisal done- came out 35k more than the value of the house.
I might take the plunge and catch that falling knife if this goes through. Expect a huge short sale post from me in any case in the next week
