These look interesting.  Don't know the area too well.  If I move to SD, it will be La Jolla or bust.  But I never will, food sucks in SD except for tacos.

I believe Mission Valley has a nice Simon mall in the area, Fashion something with Norstrom and Apple Store

ps9, Civita is a new suburban/urban, high-density community in SD.  Very similar in concept to Playa Vista in L.A.
