Hi All,



I have not written anything in a while, but I thought I would throw this out there. My husband and I have to move for work...probably LA:-( But we have a fantastic condo we rent in Newport Coast for $2500/month. It is 1350sq/ft and in a gated community (of course). It is 2bd/3ba w/ a really big loft we use as an office with an attached two car garage and laundry. Our landlord is cool, he has fixed everything that has needed it and is not behind on any payments or property taxes. We have been here for two years with no problems. Just wanted to see if there was interest because we would like to move asap. Thanks!



p.s. We painted the place a warm brown that looks really classy with the white plantation shutters.
 
That sounds really nice!! Are you anywhere Near Newport Coast dr? We ride our Bikes up there quite often...

I will get some pics up after the holiday. We are at the intersection of San Joaquin Hills and Newport Ridge Dr. West. It is in the Summit Community...the last one of our floor plan to rent in here was for $2850, but people have paid $3200. We have a killer deal that I would like to pass onto someone else that loves this area too.
