How is this different that private equity investing? You leverage money with your deposit but without the added risk?





This is my industry and I'd steer clear of this site. In fact, I've seen this exact website template used before for another 'risk-free' real estate investment venture.

This is most likely a desperate condo developer looking for bagholders. You don't see schemes like this during market rallies because the units are easy to sell. In a down market when there are no sales, this is a very poor investment.
