Ameritrade Streamer/Level II Users

I was wondering if anyone's Streamer/Level II displays freeze up during the market day. I use the old set-up, not the newer Command Center. I wanted to ask before I call the tech help desk, because their “fixes” don’t always work or they blame Cox (who, in turn, blames Ameritrade).

Yeah, I noticed that it was freeze up a few seconds when the market/stocks were really volatile with big spikes up or down. I am connected via 3mb speed via Cox Cable.
