Aloha Landscaping Contact Info?

Sorry to start a whole thread for this, but there seems no way to find the contact info for the Aloha Landscaping company (owned by Mahe and Sam, so I've read).

We've been searching everywhere, but they have no presence online and the only place we ever see them referenced is here on TI, but the only phone number we've ever see is no longer in service. That number is (714)572-1232.

Does anyone have their current contact information?

He used to have good reputation before we signed contract with him earlier this year. Our experience has been really bad with him. It has been almost 7 months since he started the work and it is still not complete. After multiple phone calls, his workers will show up and work for a day and then disappear for weeks again. Also, quality of work has been poor. You have to constantly look over their shoulders to make sure that things are being done correctly.
It seems that he has too much work and tries to run multiple jobs at the same time.  Most of his workers seem to be day laborers who are not skilled in what they are doing.

How prevalent is it for construction companies to use Home Depot day laborers?
If a construction company has 5 jobs, but only a crew to do 3 of them, will they hire day laborers to fill in the gap?

Yes.

Especially for the demo portion of the job.  Anyone can swing a sledge. 

You would hope you get their A-TEAM. 

It's probably the B or C TEAM building your house.
