Aeroscraft at the District?

NEW -> Contingent Buyer Assistance Program
I want to know how something that large with engines that small can possibly move at an "average 115 mph".  Impossible, I say.  And bulletproof?  Fly over one of them southern states, and we'll see.

Interesting!  So is that the permanent home or just where they're doing the test one?

im pretty sure this is a temporary home, the north hangar (which houses this aircraft) is supposed to a rec center, also once the testing is done and they start producing these things im sure they will be housed somewhere in Arizona/New Mexico/Texas that has huge amounts of open/unused land.

Did these hangars also have asbestos?  That's the only reason the similar structures were not demolished a while ago at Moffett field in Mountain View.

They do. They are going to tear down the southern hangar at some point though. Not sure how they prevent the asbestos from becoming airborne in a demolition.

wow looks like mad fun!!! :)

ima go check it out sometime and peek around next time i drive by that place hahaha...

if this is as fuel efficient as it says, then this can be really ground breaking... exciting times... pretty cool :)...
