I wanted to see if anyone has has experience with adding a balcony to an existing home. We are looking into adding a balcony to the master bedroom. There are nice mountain views that we can't really see without a balcony. Also, I wanted to see if anyone has any recommendations for design and/or build. I've contacted the 3 GCs that I found on this site for info (Sol Construction, Eastley Construction and Kelvin Lee), but wanted to try to gather more information from those have explored this. I've reached out to the HOA and read the design guidelines and it seems plausible. I looked through previous threads and couldn't find anything on this, but let me know if I missed something. Thanks
