These are priced at the mid $400's.

Ryland Homes
1,122 - 1,478 Sq. Ft.
Price: Mid $400,000's

They always make the price low at the beginning. This is good entry level home. Attached condo - HOA might be high. (One for the attached condo and another for the community)

To be honest, I wasn't impressed with Ryland Colibri @ PS.

True about Colibri...they got bad publicity for the throw up incident and from what I heard from the Asian saleswoman in the office, high 700s for a 1800 sq ft home with no driveway and 7 foot depth backyard is a tough pill to swallow...especially with Cypress Village and now GP opening..

Price reduction on this new construction.

From $523K to $515K

Cheaper than Phase 1. There goes the myth about escalating prices in subsequent phases....
Well it is an attached condo within a stone's throw of the 5 and they priced it at Stonegate condo prices....haha  Who the hell would buy a 2-bedroom condo with only a 1-car garage anyway?  :o
This plan has a 2-car garage.

I wonder what phase these are in?  They are $10K cheaper than Plan 1, which must be disappointing to early phase buyers.  At the end of the day, it's value for the money.  Who really wants to spend $500K on a 2 bedroom attached condo next to the freeway when they could get a better location, bigger house and better value somewhere else for that amount of money?
