How much do you guys think Acacia Residence 1 (1122 sf, 2 beds & 2 baths, 1 car garage) can rent for with reasonable upgrades?

Also, what is the estimated HOA and prop tax/year for these flats/townhomes?

I think the rental rate in Irvine from individual landlords is anywhere from $1.70/psf to as low as $1.50/psf.

For smaller condos like this one, you are looking at rents around $2/psf.
