6 mth Moratorium

Thought this would make for an interesting conversation. Not only do they call for a Moratorium but the ACLU also calls on lenders to refinance all loans that are in jeopardy of defaulting. I know some lenders are already doing this but for peet sake when do we start making people responsible for their decisions.

Don't get me started. One of the reasons it used to be traumatic to "lose your home," is because you had a big downpayment and had to eat the loss. With so many no-downs, people were essentially paying rent and have no skin in the game to lose.
