People are out of their minds.
 
These people are still in denial about the housing bubble. They are priced about 30% over market, and this property will sit there until they delist it.
 
This <a href="http://www.redfin.com/CA/Irvine/101-Twin-Gables-92620/home/21908588">Twin Gables</a> property is a <a href="http://floorplans.irvinerealtorsite.com/Woodbury/Stonetree/StoneTreeC2268.JPG">Plan 3 Stonetree</a> home. I agree it is way overpriced. It should be priced somewhere in the $700K range. My best guess is that they are looking for a loan modification or approval for short sale. Can anyone look up their loan information?? This property will probably be a future REO.

For IHO or BK... have you seen that new movie EXtract? There is a funny quote in there about how they wish they had their condo garage with direct access so their annoying neighbor would stop talking to them.

You do realize Mike Dunn knows that he is full of shite with his listing descriptions. He does it on purpose. You really should check out more of his listings, only a few are "normal" and the rest are poking fun at his peers. You make fun of him it means he duped you, because he is making fun of Realturds just like us, except more directly. Sadly, many don't get it and think his descriptions are great... now those are the ones you need to make fun of.
