I was looking at this property and could not understand the sale history. Is this not weird?

Some of those look like sham transactions, probably related to the financing. I wouldn't be surprised to see a husband and wife selling it back and forth to each other. I would also bet the last transaction was 100% financing. Check out that last sales price, $732,000 for a 2/2. Unbelievable.

Thats what I was thinking. They had an open house and i came across the sale history when I was looking into it.
