<p>Was looking at this neighborhood/property... Dropping a quick Its a Oak creek property which started at 775k. 3br 2ba detatched condo, 1600 sqft. Ended at 689k before they accepted the offer. Someone tells me that they accepted a $650k offer. This is the "cypress" model. I think that cypress is down to around 400/sqft and dropping. </p>
<p>On the "acacia" tract, (ladypalm, madagascar, etc) they've dropped to a hair under $400/sqft, but with the abundance in supply i doubt they will sell for that price.</p>
<p>Think I'll start offering 10% below asking price, I might accidentally get one accepted
