3641 Hamilton

Hi list, anyone know the lowdown on 3641 Hamilton? Was it built in 1968, so was this a remodel? or totally rebuilt (as indicated in the listing) in 1988? Any reason for the seemingly low price, aside from being a short sale? thanks!

A short sale in more ways than one...it was just delisted again. the price was $550,000. and apparently it was listed for 450,000 about a month ago, also for one day. Any guesses on why someone would do that?

I went to see that house which was cookie cutted in to 7 or 8 room to rent out. It was in foreclosure process. $450K is to get an offer to stop the FC.
