3375 corte levanto, costa mesa ca 92626

why do you think it sold?

the other detached ~2300sf houses in that tract have been going for right around $300/sf over the past 2 years.

because i live in the tract and I am contemplating renting out or selling my house. I know the asking price was 649K,, and now there is an in escrow sign now

ok

solds

3368 cortelavanto $292/sf 2.27.9

3382 cortecassis $316/sf 10.15.8

1312 cortealamania $310/sf 7.16.9

1324 cortealamania $274/sf 11.13.8

1302 cortemaltera $298/sf 2.12.9

1314 cortemaltera $298/sf 5.26.9

plus, my records show that 4 other 2000sf+ houses have been on the market in the past year but haven't closed.

thanks,, i guess because it is still in escrow we dont know exactly what it sold for, but i have an idea how much my house is worth right now though,, thanks

i love the neighborhood, the pool is nice,, very quiet, no crazy kids running around,, the schools i can't judge,, because they go to private school out in fountain valley,, but my friends live on the other side,, where paularino and fairview is,, and she loved it,, went to estancia,, had no problems,, I love how the property is close and convenient to all the freeways. That short sale in the previous thread is lined up against sunflower,, but to be honest,, sunflower is a pretty slow street. There are no cars racing up and down. Trucks do come in and out of the post office here and there, but you can't hear them.
