Key Measurements for the Perfect Garage
The dimension required by several cities in California is 10 by 20 feet (3 by 6 meters) per car, and this is the best minimum dimension for the average car. This will allow enough space for someone to open the doors and walk in front of and behind the car once it?s parked in the garage. Garage lengths of 24 feet (7.3 meters) allow cabinets or storage shelves to easily fit in front of parked cars.

Sweet.  Adequate room for your 1974 custom "vettemaro", your 1978 Lincoln Continental, and your 1989 Dodge Caravan.  Lesson learned: Don't spend all your money on the garage; you might just end up filling it with crap.  Plus, the "perfect garage" is always 2x the size of whatever you have now.

Decent 3CWG for $899k. Large lot, long driveway, downstairs br, pool, away from Jamboree... move-in ready... maybe the bathrooms need updating but would rather buy this than spend $1m+ in Orchard Hills.

Made an offer of $904,100 on the home for one of my clients but the seller accepted another offer (they had a total of 4 offers on the home, including an agent representing themselves).
 
This part of TR seems to always have a discount compared to others north of there. 

It's a nice house but that sunken family room is an accident waiting to happen, especially with the hard flooring.  It's definitely not kid or senior friendly.  :P  Don't invite the kids' friends or there could be a lawsuit. 

Many of the home in WA state had these sunken floors and ours had two areas, the family room and living room, that were sunken about 6".  Our kids were small then so we worried when they ran around the house going up and down those sunken areas.  At least ours had longer rails and smaller openings so it was harder to fall into the area by mistake.  And, both of the sunken areas were carpeted.

$38/mo HOA and no Mello-Roos?  What am I going to do with all that extra cash.  This one's just not for me.

Kitchen needs updates, no bathroom pics so I assume those do too.

I think these used to trade for $1m+ back during the "bubble" (this actually sold in 2012 for $925k)... so at $1.2m, are we back in a bubble?

Seems most don't think we are (esp with new tract homes selling for $3m) but where are all those IHB bears that would have had a field day with this back then?

We've looked at homes in RC. Is it just me or do all the ceilings look low in this model?

At least they upgraded a lot of it. I don't think I've seen a house with so much recessed lighting.

Slightly.

You'll see some of that in Tustin Ranch and even old Westpark.

It's like a half sunroom.

What's interesting is it looks like they replaced all the windows but just couldn't figure out a way to replace those without doing too much construction.
 
Around the 80's perhaps, need those glass blocks/bricks and tons of neon lighting inside to complete the look
