These were built by KHovnanian homebuilders as mid-rise condos from the start, and the complex is called AvenueOne. I manage a couple of these units for investor-clients, so I have some familiarity with them.
I have a 2-bedroom (plus a loft) available that the owner is asking $2200/month for, as a rental. Tenants are moving out on the 17th but we're having showings and accepting applications before then if you know someone that might want to preview the home.

Sorry for replying to an ancient thread, but am I reading correctly that these homes feed into Santa Ana schools? They're really far from Century High--seems very odd to me that IUSD wouldn't serve these schools. A school commute from Jamboree up the 405N to 55N sounds just as awful as the school quality.
