20 homes on 2.3 acres

This is an infilled neighborhood in Silicon Valley. All plans have formal living/dining, family/nook/Kitchen, 4 BR/3ba, Bonus Room, mud room and porches.

A few are motorcourt set up. Many have detached garage with studio above, long driveway with private gate, Most plans are 3 stories. 15 homes have full basement and lightwells.
2,800-3,900 sf

Damn shame TIC can't come up with this type of product, but when all they have is a big copier and zero creativity they can't.

a family member of mine is building a similar community out in wisconsin... 20 homes on 6 acres of land, with an agreement with the local gov that of the 6 acres, 4 acres are designated reserve/recreational space in exchange for city funded roads/infrastructure to and within the community

sure pays to be in an area that has much less competition for real estate lol...

btw u should photoshop the license plates out of the pics, the owners not gonna be too happy

wow, those are gorgeous!  timeless.  and great public face/porches.

but many of those lots look a lot bigger than 3000sf!  how can you arrange 20 houses on 100ksf, with roads and such, and still have those big yards?
